About Us
Diane K. Martinez RN, NHA, has a career spanning over 25 years in long term care senior living.  A Registered Nurse and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Diane has served in the capacity of Director of Nursing, Executive Director, Vice President of Clinical Operations in county, for profit and not-for-profit organizations. 
 
Diane spent ten years as a Director in the health care consulting division of a large regional accounting firm conducting operations reviews, PPS training, MA Case Mix improvement, and development of restorative nursing, quality improvement, and compliance programs. 
She has assisted free standing and CCRC communities with survey preparedness evaluation, post survey plan of correction, Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR), formal appeals, and has provided litigation support. 
 
Diane served on the faculty of La Roche College and Community College of Allegheny County providing instruction in academic modules of the NHA licensure course.  She is an approved provider of directed inservices by the PA Department of Health.
 
We believe that an interim administrator is responsible to maintain or improve daily operations while easing the transition for residents, families, and staff during the search for a permanent executive.
